La Recomendación UIT-T X.696 | ISO/IEC 8825-7 especifica dos conjuntos de reglas de codificación binaria que pueden aplicarse a valores de todos los tipos ASN.1 utilizando menos recursos de procesamiento que las reglas básicas de codificación y sus derivados (descritas en la Recomendación UIT-T X.690 | ISO/IEC 8825-1) y que las reglas de codificación compactada (descritas en la Recomendación UIT-T X.691 | ISO/IEC 8825 2). |
