تحدد التوصية ITU-T G.8272/Y.1367 متطلبات الميقاتيات الأساسية للوقت المرجعي (PRTC) المناسبة لمزامنة الوقت والطور والتردد في الشبكات العاملة بالرزم. وهي تحدد الخطأ المسموح في مخرج وقت PRTC. وتسري هذه المتطلبات في ظل الظروف البيئية العادية المحددة للمعدات.
