A series of trainings on spectrum management, broadband mapping, ICT infrastructure development and global satellite regulation essentials were hosted by the ITU Academy.

Workshops and training material on new ICT technology, including AI, Big Data, Data Centers and Cloud technologies, were organized.

A panel on “Bridging the Digital Divide: Resilient Satellite Solutions for Developing Nations”, held during the Space Sustainability Forum at ITU Headquarters, provided a crucial platform to engage with industry leaders on satellite solutions for sustainable development.

In cooperation with the International Think Tank for Landlocked Developing Countries (ITTLLDC) a workshop held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, highlighted and discussed how satellite and space services can support affordable, resilient and universal connectivity.

Assistance on infrastructure mapping and analysis continues to be provided to support sustainable and affordable ICT networks planning.
