Badge collection at the Kigali Conference Centre and transfer to Intare Arena (shuttle buses)

Pick up your badge at the Kigali Conference Centre, which is located at KG2 Roundabout, Kimihurura Kigali- Rwanda. After you pick up your badge look for the shuttle buses available to transfer Summit participants to the Intare Conference Arena. Note that badges will NOT be provided at the Intare Conference Arena. Badges will be only given to participants who have registered online.

1 June (Wednesday)  :  8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
2 June (Thursday)     :  8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
3 June (Friday)           :  8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
4 June (Saturday)      :  8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
