KPI Values Not Reported
• Check the submission to see which KPIs have no value.
• Update the data template for the KPI Value cell to NR if there are no data.
• Update the KPI value to the actual value is there was an error. Many times, the city will enter
only the numerator, which is the actual value to be reported.
• If the submission shows more than 20 per cent of KPIs are not reported, check with the city to
ensure that they have not made errors or if additional data is available.
Air Quality
• Check to see if μg/m or ppm is reported.

• If ppm is reported then ensure data are converted to μg/m as per the guidance.

Wastewater Treatment
• Check and ensure that the KPI values reported follow a logical order.
• Secondary should not be more than primary.
• Tertiary should not be more than secondary or primary.
• Check with city if KPI data violates this general rule.
Transportation Mode Share
• Check that the values add up to approximately 100 per cent.
• Values more than +/- 2 per cent should be checked with the city.
