Verification Ensure the number of households is consistent.
Guidance
Check to see if the number of inhabitants is used rather than households.
Check data source.
If based on surveys of households, sample size and selection methodology should
be indicated.
If based on subscriber data, the ISP providers should be indicated.
NOTE:
There may be circumstances where multiple households access the Internet through
a single connection. These data would show in surveys rather than Internet survey
providers.
Check ITU Statistics to ensure that values are consistent with the country statistics.

DATA VALUES:
Expect lower values in lesser developing regions.
