Description
Rationale / Electricity and other modern energy services are an essential component of

Furthermore, adequate, affordable and reliable energy services are necessary to
guarantee sustainable, economic and human development.

Methodology Calculate as:
Numerator: Number of city households with an authorized connection to the
electrical system.
Denominator: Total number of city households.
