Description
Rationale / The percentage of inhabitants served by regular solid waste collection is an

the social understanding and education about the latter.
Regular waste collections can include household collections, regular 'dumpmaster'
group collections, but not local dumps to which the household must carry garbage.
Solid waste collection should occur at least once a week.
An improving trend and higher values are considered positive.
Methodology Calculate as:
Numerator: Number of city households that are served by solid waste collection.
Denominator: Total number of city households.
