Draft new Recommendation ITU-T X.1246 (X.tcs-2), Real-time blocking list (RBL)-based framework for countering VoIP spam (COM 17 – R 34 for TAP approval) has been transformed into Supplement 11 to ITU-T X-series Recommendations - ITU-T X.1245: Framework based on real-time blocking list (RBL) for countering VoIP spam, and was agreed [see e) below]

No comments were received by the deadline on 13 October 2011 on X.1193, X.1080.1, X.1081 Amd 3, X.680 Cor.1, X.681, Cor.1, X.690, Cor.1, X.691 Cor.1, X.692 Cor.1, X.693 Cor.1, X.694 Cor.1, and X.891 Cor.1; those 11 texts were approved as announced in AAP-69 dated 16 October 2011. Comments were received against Z.100, Z.101, Z.102, Z.103, Z.104, Z.105, and Z.106; those seven texts were placed into Last Call Judgment as announced in AAP-69 dated 16 October 2011.
