Executive summary: Meeting of ITU-T Study Group 12 (Performance, Quality of Service, Quality of Experience), Geneva, 7-17 June 2022

Overview
ITU-T Study Group 12 held its first meeting in the 2022-2024 study period in Geneva, 7-17 June 2022, as a physical meeting with remote participation.
The meeting was attended by
170 participants from 58 countries. This included 78 participants in Geneva and 92 delegates who exclusively used the MyMeetings web conferencing system to participate in the meeting.
The meeting received
61 Contributions and handled
159 TDs. Delegates reviewed
59 incoming Liaison statements and adopted
20 outgoing Liaison statements.
15 Recommendations were consented (7 new, 8 revised) by the meeting (see below for details). The meeting also agreed on 1 Amendment, 2 Supplements (1 new, 1 revised), 2 Technical Reports and 3 Implementer's Guides.

- New work item E.MVS addresses the call for mapping and visualization strategies for the assessment of connectivity and QoS.
- Agreed new Technical Report ESTR-KPI-RAN provides guidance on KPIs for radio access mobile networks, as called for by Res.95.
- Consented revised Recommendation ITU-T E.803 elaborates on QoS for supporting service aspects.
- SG12's operational plan on the implementation of this Resolution was approved, as updated in
