In response to WTSA-08 Resolution 7, Collaboration with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and to an earlier TSAG request (see 9.1/TSAG R 26, January 2008), SG 17 maintains a table that lists SG 17 relationships with Technical Committees (TCs) of ISO and IEC and Subcommittees (SCs) of ISO/IEC JTC 1.
Attention is drawn to the last column which identifies the nature of the relationship as follows:
- joint work (e.g., common texts or twin texts)
- technical collaboration by liaison mechanism
- informational liaison
