Notes:

Many meeting dates and venues were not finalized at the time of the Study Group 16 meeting (denoted “TBC” / “TBD”), and they will be confirmed at a later stage to the experts through e-mail reflectors of the respective Questions. The meetings noted as "planned" were pre-approved by SG 16 and will be confirmed once sufficient number of participants and contributions is ensured.
A lock indicates that a TIES account is required. A ^† denotes a date updated after the SG16 meeting.

Note 1: No interim meetings are planned for Q20/16.

Note 2: In addition to the physical meeting for Q2/16, Q2/16 plans to organize regular electronic meetings to allow easier participation of the ITU-wide membership and progress the work on H.325/AMS, including: signalling, syntax, and message flows. The details (including topics for discussion, documentation, duration of the call, web collaboration details, and dial-in information) for each of them will be circulated duly in advance in the mailing list used by the Question for this purpose, h325-design@lists.packetizer.com. The results of those meetings will appear in an interim activity report at the next Study Group 16 meeting.

Note 3: Question 13/16 will hold electronic meetings to more effectively progress the work on Audience Measurement for IPTV and allow easier participation of the ITU-wide membership. Announcements concerning these e-meetings will be made on the reflectors used by the Question, sg16-ast@lists.packetizer.com and t13sg9and16-iptv@lists.itu.int. Contributions to each meeting should be sent by Monday of that week to the Rapporteur and copy to the mailing lists.

Note 5: Additionally, a meeting of the JCT-VC and JCT-3V is planned to be held 23 Oct. – 1 Nov. 2013, collocated with the SG 16 meeting. Details will be made available in the JCT-VC & JCT-3V home pages.
