• Responding to your inquiries in a prompt and timely maner. All emails and letters sent to the membership team will be answered within two working days, in any of the six official languages of the Union .

• Telecommunication Standardization Bureau
  The Telecommunication Standardization Bureau (TSB) acts as secretariat to ITU's Standardization Sector (ITU-T) and provides support and services to the participants in the work of ITU-T. To get in touch with TSB departments, please visit our Contact page.

  In addition to our Geneva Headquaters, ITU manages a network of eleven field offices designed to enable the Union to work as closely as possible with its members.
