The Joint Correspondence Group on Trust (JCG-Trust) was created by TSAG in May 2025 to deliberate on the topic of "trust" (including trusted information) and "trustworthiness", as a response to WTSA-24 Action 8. It was open to participation to all entities entitled to attend ITU-T Study Groups 13, 17 and 20 standardization activities. The JCG was discontinued by TSAG in January 2026, which instructed the concerned study groups to continue coordination of the work via the normal means.
The Joint-CG-Trust activities was primarily conducted through the dedicated mailing list jcgtrust@lists.itu.int (now closed). The mailing list archive can be accessed
