The 11th JCA-NID meeting will take place on Tuesday 23 March 2010. The Convener, Mr Hyoung Jun Kim (Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute – ETRI, Korea), will chair the meeting.

The meeting will open at 09:00 hours on Tuesday 23 March at Jeju Shineville Luxury Resort, 16, Tosan-ri, Pyosun-myun, Seogwipo-si, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, Korea (Tel: +82-64-780-7000 Fax: +82-64-780-7215 URL: http://www.shineville.com/english/html/) and it will be adjourned at 17:30. The morning session will be dedicated to a joint meeting with ISO/IEC/JTC 1/ SC31, while the afternoon session will be dedicated to JCA-NID meeting itself. Participants’ registration will begin on Tuesday 23 March at 08:30 hours in the same venue. Detailed information concerning the meeting rooms will be circulated to the JCA-NID email reflector.

To enable TSB to make the necessary arrangements concerning the organization of the meeting, please register via the on-line form as soon as possible.

Participants are encouraged to submit contributions by electronic mail to tsbjcanid[at]itu.int by Thursday, 18 March 2010. With a view to settling any questions that might arise, name, fax and telephone numbers and e-mail address of the person to be contacted should be indicated on input documents. Accordingly, please include those details on the cover page of all documents. A document template is available on the JCA-NID web page.

The meeting of the JCA-NID will be paperless and will be conducted in English only.
