IEEE Standards Association hosted the 21st Global Standards Collaboration (GSC-21) meeting on 26 - 27 September 2017. It was held in the home of the IEEE European office, located at Heinstrasse 38, 1020 Vienna, Austria. The meetings were conducted in the Austrian Standards Institute (ASI) Meeting Center in the same building.
