Brajesh Mishra, an Indian Telecommunications Services Officer from the 1992 batch, is currently working in the Centre for Development of Telematics on deputation at the Scientist ‘G’ level, wherein he is leading various Collaborative Research Programs, including project implementations under Telecom Technology Development Fund, C-DOT in-house collaborative research programs, the centre of innovation initiatives, and the IPR front-ending role assigned for the telecom sector. He has also been assigned the role of Director (Finance) at TCOE India. Before this, he worked as Deputy Director General (Senior Administrative Grade, Joint Secretary level) at the Department of Telecommunications, Headquarters, New Delhi. He holds PhD degree from the School of Public Policy and Governance, Management Development Institute Gurgaon. He was awarded the Gold Medal for outstanding performance in the Post Graduate Programme in Public Policy and Governance at MDI Gurgaon. He did his Master of Engineering in Automatic Control & Robotics. He has more than 25 years of experience in the Information & Communications Sector, including more than 12 years in policy formulation & regulation activities in the Government of India.
