Mostafa Hashem Sherif retired from AT&T in 2017. He has a Ph.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles and an M.S. in the Management of Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology, N.J. He is the author and editor of several books including Protocols for Secure Electronic Commerce, 3rd ed. (2016), Managing Projects in Telecommunication Services (2006) and Handbook of Enterprise Integration (2009). He is an associate editor for the IEEE Communications Standards Magazine, of Technovation and the ITU Journal and the International Journal of IT Standards & Standardization Research.
