Cheng GONG, is a Ph.D. student in Knowledge and Innovation Management at the Institute for Knowledge and Innovation Southeast Asia (IKI-SEA), Bangkok University, Thailand, and a former project director of Sino-Russian Education Cooperation in Yunnan Communications Vocational and Technical College, China. She was inducted into BGS (Beta Gamma Sigma) for academic excellence. Her educational background and working practice in South Korea and Russia have given her a base from which to approach many topics. Her research interest is in digital transformation, knowledge management, innovation management, and change management.
