Hector Huici born in Buenos Aires, married with three children. Lawyer (UBA, 1989) with a Magister Degree in Administrative Law (Universidad Austral, 1992).
From 10 December 2013 to 18 January 2016, he was a legislator in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires for the PRO party. Before that, he devoted himself to the private practice of law with particular focus on regulated industries, mainly in the energy and telecommunication sector. He was a partner at the M&M Bomchil law firm between 2005 and 2013.
As regards the public sector, he worked at the former National Telecommunication Commission and the Energy Secretariat.
He teaches in public and private universities, both at graduate and postgraduate level. Additionally, he is the author of numerous articles on his specialty for local and foreign media.
