Yoshikazu Ikeda

Yoshikazu IKEDA is a researcher at Shinshu Research Institute of Otani University, Kyoto, Japan. He was a professor at Otani University (2008-2017), a professor at Tokyo Institute of Technology (2003-2007), a visiting professor at National Institute of Informatics(NII), Japan. He was CEO of JPIX (Japan Internet Exchange), and Executive Director for Multimedia Business of KDD (International telecom operator in Japan) before 2000. He worked with ITU as a Rapporteur for SS-7 signaling network in ITU-T SG.11 in 1980’s. He graduated from University of Tokyo in 1969 and M.E. in 1971. IEEE Life Fellow, Members of IEICE and The Engineering Academy of Japan(EAJ).
