Wei Liu received the B.E. and M.E degree in Software Engineering from Chongqing University, China, in 2006 and 2009.
He joined the IT department of Peoples Insurance Company of China (PICC) as a system engineer in 2009. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in Communications and Computer Engineering, Graduate School of Informatics, Kyoto University. His current research interests include overlay networks and mobile cloud computing.
