Rahamatullah Khondoker

At the beginning of 2006, Rahamatullah Khondoker completed his first M.Sc. from the Department of Information and Communication rkhondoker.jpg
Engineering, Islamic University, Kushtia, Bangladesh. In addition, In 2009, he completed his second M.Sc. from the department of Computer Science, University of Bremen, Germany, where he implemented and evaluated ‘Regular Channel Access’ technique for cooperative spectrum sharing between co-existing WLAN systems. From January 2010, he has been working towards his PhD degree on “Description and Selection of Communication Services for Service Oriented Network Architectures” at the University of Kaiserslautern in Germany.  Apart from that, he was the winner of ’IMS Service Composition’ from Ericsson, Germany in the year 2008. Moreover, he was awarded fromby the FIA Research Roadmap group in the Future Internet Event held at Poznan in Poland (October 2011) by providing the most thought-provoking presentation of the research topic that was missed in the previous version of the research roadmap and was included in the next version. Currently, he is affiliated with the department of Mobile Systems at the Fraunhofer Institute for Secure Information Technology located in Darmstadt, Germany. Until now, he worked with the DFG project (PoSSuM), BMBF projects (G-Lab, G-Lab DEEP, FutureIN), EU projects (PROMISE, EuroNF). His current research interests are the security and trust aspects of Future Internet Architectures.
