Shuller Habeenzu is founder and Director of ITM Consult Ltd - a Lusaka-based research driven information technology consultancy working at the intersection of Information technology, business, education, health, and the environment. He is also an associate lecturer at the University of Zambia - School of Engineering. His research interests include system dynamics and agent-based modelling, big data, diffusion of technology, ICT policy, regulation, ethics, and privacy issues. A former head of the ICT regulatory agency in Zambia, Shuller is the Zambia country node for ResearchICTAfrica – pan African ICT research network and author of the seminal Zambia ICT Sector Performance Review 2010.
