Graduate in Sustainability Management by FGV, where she also studied Business Administration. Her thesis examined whether traditional models of change management used by companies in organizational transformation processes apply when the change in question is sustainability. Worked as a monitor at GVpec courses in Principles and Practice for NGOs, Principles and Practices of Financial Management and CSR. As her professional experience, was a senior consultant at PwC in the area of Organization & Strategy, where she developed projects in strategy, corporate governance, organizational structure and management models. Previously, she worked as a consultant at Edelman/Significa, where she was responsible for designing sustainability, social investment and social responsibility policies for companies. She also worked in the NGO Associação Prato Cheio and Associação Franquia Solidária. At GVces, she worked as Project Coordinator at Global Sustainability Program and today is Executive Secretary of the Centre, responsible for fundraising and new projects, institutional relationship, knowledge management and strategic planning.
