Liu Duo, graduated from the Department of Electronic Engineering of Tsinghua University in 1989 and obtained the Masters Degree from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1992.
She has been working for the network technologies for many years and now she focuses on the NGI, IoT, Cloud Computing, SDN and Big Data, etc..
She is the Vice President of the China Academy of Telecommunication Research (CATR) of MIIT. At the same time, she is the Deputy Secretary General of China Communication Standardization Association (CCSA), Chairman of Ubiquitous Network Technical Committee (TC10) of CCSA. She is Secretary General of China Next Generation Internet Expert Committee, the Interactive Media Alliance of China and Broadband Development Alliance. She was the former Vice Chairman of SG13 and FG IPTV, ITU-T.
