Karim Yaici is the Lead Industry Analyst at Ookla covering the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Previously, he directed Analysys Mason's MEA research program, where he was responsible for telecoms forecasts, market reports, consumer surveys, and custom research. Before that, he worked as a research engineer at Vodafone. Karim holds an MSc in Information Systems Management from the University of Southampton and a Ph.D. in human–computer interaction from the University of Surrey.

Jaime González Product Manager, MedUX
Jaime González is Product Manager at MedUX. He has been with the organization since 2014 as Head of Delivery in EU and Business and Consulting Manager. He has participated in most of MedUX’s international projects, including the ones deployed in LATAM, providing a deep background in Qos and QoE both in mobile and broadband networks.
