Seppo has been involved in telecommunications industry for close to 40 years in many different areas. Initially in data transmission over PSTN and leased lines, data communication analysis, project management in deployment of utility transmission and closed mobile networks and later in cellular network solution management, marketing and sales working for telecommunications suppliers (Nokia and Ericsson in Finland, Spain, Italy and Belgium).
Since 2002 Seppo has been working as a Principal Consultant for a Finnish privately owned consulting company Omnitele mainly with customers in Sub-Saharan Africa. The consulting assignments vary from supplier selection, strategic business and network development and technical due diligence to mobile network performance and QoS auditing, benchmarking and network troubleshooting and optimisation.
