Dr. Constantine S. Delicostopoulos is former Assistant Professor of Law (Maître de Conférences en droit) at Université Paris 2 Pantheon-Assas (Pres Sorbonne Université). His fields of interest include inter alia Procedural law, Independent Regulatory Authorities and Εuropean law. He also lectured for several years at the Institute of Judicial Studies (I.E.J. «P. Raynaud») of Université Paris 2. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Greece and in Paris.
He has served as an annual Visiting Researcher at Harvard Law School, as Chairman of entrance examinations’ committees for the Paris Bar School (E.F.B.). He was a scholar of the Alexander Onassis Foundation.
Dr. Delicostopoulos was born in Athens. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) –Hons- from the London School of Economics, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in law (Maîtrise en droit) from Université Paris 2. He also holds a Master’s degree in law (D.E.A. en droit privé) and a PhD in law (Doctorat en droit) -summa cum laude- from Université Paris 2 (Pantheon-Assas).
Dr. Delicostopoulos is Vice President for the sector of postal services of the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) since December 2013. He has also served as Vice President for the sector of electronic communications (Jan. 2012-Dec. 2013) and as a Member of EETT’s Plenary (Sept. 2009-Dec. 2011).
