With a career spanning x-ray instrumentation, computed tomography, residual stress measurement, and oceanographic instrumentation design, Greg Johnson always enjoys doing something new. Educated at McGill University (Electrical Engineering) and Manchester University (Materials Science), he now runs RBR Ltd, based in Ottawa, Canada.
With instruments for physical oceanography deployed in every ocean basin, RBR continues to innovate at the highest level of measurement science. Integration partnerships for ocean observatories, Argo floats, and numerous autonomous vessels focus the minds of our engineers on how to work well as a part of larger complex systems.
