Dr. Xuan HE, received her Ph.D degree in Information Sensing Technology from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2010. Now she is a senior specialist in the Nokia Networks, involved with research and standardization work of IoT and V2X, her interests include mobile networks, IoT/V2X architecture, lightweight protocols, services and applications, security solutions, etc. She has more than 5 years experience on global standardization work such as in IETF, oneM2M, IEEE, and CCSA. She also has the background of vertical industries, and investigates various M2M architectures and value-chain for the IoT market.
