Currently acting as .post Operations and Technical Specialist responsible for the day to day operations, registration and updates together with the Registry related to the domains created under .post and DNS technical assistance.
Responsible to assist on the creation of security policies, and technical projects in line with the objectives of the .post group members, for e-commerce, e-services, security in order to reduce security threats for the TLD .post activities. Participation on forums, such as ICANN conference presenting the strategy and plans to have a secure worldwide infrastructure TLD platform for the .post group members around the world.
Worked in the Universal Postal Union since 2002 as a Technical Support Supervisor for PTC products from 2002-2010 and from 2011-2013 as Mail Service administrator on different projects among other responsible for quality measurement and follow up for EDI transmissions for several postal administrations around the world, management of RFID implementation for GMS STAR and use of the QCS (Quality Control System) and GTT Global Track and Trace implementation.
