Lei Zang joined China Academy of Telecommunication Research (CATR) in 2000, CATR has rich experience in communications policies, standards for telecommunication technologies, planning of communications development, and product testing and certification, making great contributions to the development of communications industry in China.
Lei Zang was working on various projects related to intelligent network, evolved core network and telecom services. For the last three years he has been active in China Communications Standards Association (CCSA), with the Internet of thing and Smart City having his current focus.
