Ma Wenhua is working with China Mobile Design Institute on the sbuject of EMF. He has more than 10 years experience ranging from EMF research to safety evaluation for base station. He contributes to IEC TC106 the methodology of smart antenna or MIMO antenna for TD-SCDMA and TD-LTE.
