Guo Weixiang received his Dr. degrees in mechatronic engineering from Hefei University of Technology, China in 2006. He joined China Academy of Telecommunication Research (CATR) of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of the Government of the People's Republic of China in 2006. Since then, he was engaged in Green ICT research including carbon footprint, recycling, eco-design, energy-saving etc.
