LIU Lihua

Liu Lihua-Opening Ceremony.jpg​LIU Lihua was born in December 1957, Master of Engineering and Senior Engineer.  In February 2011, he was appointed Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). LIU successively served as teacher of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, director of General Office of the State Council, deputy secretary-general of Shenzhen municipal government and chief of General Office of the State Radio Regulatory Commission of the People’s Republic of China from August 1983. In July 1998, he was appointed Director General of Radio Regulatory Bureau of the Ministry of Information Technology (MII), and from February 2004 appointed Chief of General Office of MII and MIIT.
