Mr Yaobin Jia, Associate Professor, born in September 1955. Mr Jia got his Bachelor of Mechanics from Wuhan Institute of Technology and Master of Economy from Huazhong University of Science and Technology respectively. Before serving as First Deputy Mayor of Wuhan City, Mr Jia was a vice-president of Wuhan Automobile Polytechnical University.
