Alice leads BSR's work with telecommunications, consumer electronics, equipment manufacturing, internet, and software companies in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with a primary focus on sustainability, human rights, and labour rights issues. She has more than seven years of professional experience in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector, and has served in advisory, managerial, and stakeholder engagement roles with a focus on sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
Before joining BSR, Alice was executive director of the Global e-Sustainability Initiative, a strategic partnership of the ICT sector and international organisations committed to creating and promoting technologies and practices that foster sustainability. Previously, Alice worked for the GSMA and the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content, and Technology in Brussels. Alice is a Czech national who speaks English, Czech, and basic French.
Alice holds an M.A. in Politics from the University of Glasgow, and an M.A. in European Integration and Development from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
