Igor Boguslavsky founded Belmont Trading Company in 1988. Since its beginning company focused on giving new life to obsolete electronics first concentrating on recovery of microchips such as memory and microprocessors.
Over the years that has grown to a full recycling solution to for a variety of electronic products such as computers and related IT equipment, mobile phones and accessories, network infrastructure equipment and other types of electronic/electrical products.
Belmont now has facilities in 8 countries with a strong emphasis on cell phone recycling and takeback in Latin America.
Prior to Belmont, Igor Boguslavsky worked for a telecom manufacturer US Robotics as Purchasing Manager. 
Educational background: 1978-1983. Illinois Institute of Technology department of Electrical Engineering.
