KOUAKOU Guy-Michel

Guy-Michel Kouakou is the Vice-chair of Study Group 5 and Chairman of SG5 Regional Group for Africa.
 
He is Deputy-Director of Quality at ATCI, the Ivorian telecommunication regulator.
