Sébastien Jobert is one of the experts in Orange participating to the definition of the strategy, architectures, and engineering related to time and frequency synchronization, QoS and performance of telecom networks.
He received a master degree in Paris University Pierre et Marie Curie, and joined France Télécom Orange in 2006.
He takes an active part in standardization: in ITU-T SG15 Q13 and SG12 where he is Editor (G.8275.1, G.VoLTE), and in IETF on various working groups.
He is a member of the IEEE 1588 Conformity Alliance Committee of Experts.
