Bilgen Kayın graduated from Electronic & Telecommunication Engineering division of Yıldız Technical University.
She has sixteen years of design experience in core network area. Currently she works with business and IT teams to collect and evaluate business requirements and designs core network architecture and services to meet customer needs.
Her main responsibilities are technology and roadmap planning of IMS, VoLTE, ViLTE, RCS (Rich Communication Services), FMC (Fixed Mobile Convergence), Mobile Centrex and international roaming design.
She works at Turk Telekom and lives in İstanbul.
