The education background is Physics and received PhD Degree for Engineering Physics in 2002 at Yangon Technological University.
Working for Department of Standards, Myanma Scientific and Technological Research Department since 2003 and become Head of Department in 2010.
Observer member of ISO/CASCO.
Focal Point of ASEAN Consultative Committee for Standards and Quality (ACCSQ).
Organized and participated SEOM meeting, ACCSQ leader meeting, ACCSQ WG and PWG meeting.
Participated PAC and APLAC plenary meeting as an observer.
Workshops and trainings Standards Development, Conformity Assessment System and Measurement Training for ASEAN countries.
Experience on Drafting National Standards Law, Drafting Metrology Law and Development of Standards Body in National Level. 3- National Standards Development Technical Committees Member. In-charge of review committee for draft standards.
