Mr. Binh works at Standard Section in the Department of Science and Technology, Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC). His job relates to establishment of standardization plans, verification of draft national standards and national technical regulations for approval.
Before working for MIC, he was a researcher at Research Institute of Posts and Telecommunications (RIPT), Vietnam. He has experience in switching systems, mobile communications networks, signalling systems, network performance &QoS, conformance testing, and also some other fields such as ICT security and database systems. He holds a master’s degree in electronics and telecommunications.
