As head of Architecture and Network Planning, Bocar Kelly leads Sonatel Network evolution taking into account telecom environment, Orange Group strategy and business requirements.
Bocar has more than twelve (12) years of experience in the telecommunications and networking industry, both with Telecom Providers like Telecom Development (Cegetel), and leading vendors like Alcatel-Lucent before joining Sonatel.
These years of experience in Europe and Africa have allowed him to embrace a variety of functions (Operations, Software Design and Development, Engineering and Planning). Bocar joined Sonatel in 2005 as Core Network and VAS engineer before being in charge of Architecture and Network Planning since 2012.
