Samuel K. Agyekum holds a Master of Philosophy degree in Telecommunications Engineering and BSc degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Ghana. He worked with Huawei Technologies (S.A) Ghana Ltd as an Optimization Engineer for 2 years on a Vodafone Managed Services Project and is currently working with the QoS unit of the National Communications Authority. He is the editor of newly adopted recommendation ITU-T E.807.
