Kwame Baah-Acheamfuor is currently the Chairman of ITU-T Study Group 12 which is responsible for global standards of Performance, Quality of Service and Quality of Experience. Baah-Acheamfuor has been Chairman of ITU-T SG12 Regional Group for Africa (SG12-RG-AFR) and was also the Editor of ITU-T Recommendation E803 “Quality of service parameters for supporting service aspects”.
Baah-Acheamfuor is a professional engineer and has been involved in multi discipline communication services regulations and licensing, telecommunication networks planning, operations and maintenance for 12 years.
Kwame Baah-Acheamfuor holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Majors in Telecommunications and Electronics) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
