Paolo Pissarello, actually Vice President of Genova Smart City Association, served in the last five years as First Deputy Mayor in the Municipality of Genoa where he was charged with the Smart City project and with the Port, Infrastructure ,Public Transport and European Affairs.
In this position he worked closely with the local public administration, the Genoa University and the companies to develop a new system of cooperation in planning the future development of the City.
He is a lawyer and worked specifically in labour discipline. He teached commercial Law at the University of Genoa as assistant professor and he was member of several board of directors in utilities companies.
He is also President of SI4Life, a consortium created by Regione Liguria to improve research and business activity in social and health area.
