Dickson Kwesiga is the Manager Administration with Uganda Communications Commission. Dickson is responsible for the Commission’s facilities and ensuring that they all comply with all Environmental Standards for the Commission’s Telecommunication Facilities. During his career, Dickson has been involved with managing various telecommunications infrastructure development projects of various magnitudes considering key issues of Environment, Occupational Health and Safety. Dickson has training in Mechanical Engineering as well as Business Administration (MBA).
