Mr. Mariano, President of the David Ross Group (DRG) a premier undersea telecommunication consulting company that has been instrumental in the implementation of over 75,000km of critical submarine networks around the globe as well as integration of the terrestrial networks supporting this infrastructure. Mr. Mariano has over 45 years of experience in the submarine telecommunications industry, specializing in planning, deployment and operation of undersea fiber systems as well as design development of offshore environmental sensor systems. While with DRG, Mr. Mariano has had a direct role in developing and managing the implementation of undersea projects, including major commercial transoceanic networks which involved the management of key international resources across several continents. Prior to joining Mr. Mariano had a distinguished 30-year career in Bell Laboratories, AT&T Submarine Systems, and Tyco Submarine Systems Ltd., where he was responsible for a variety of specialty system designs.
